LLC States is a reference for one narrow thing: what a US state charges to form an LLC and to keep it in good standing. This page says who publishes it, what it is not, and where the figures come from.
A published record of the cost and the calendar of running an LLC, one sheet per jurisdiction, covering the fifty states and the District of Columbia. A set of tables runs a single field across all of them, so a question like a filing fee or a report deadline can be read across the country at once.
Every figure renders from one dataset rather than being typed into a page. Each carries the date it was read and a link to the agency page it was read from.

No individual is credited anywhere on this site, and that is deliberate rather than an oversight. What is offered for checking here is the source behind each figure, not the name of whoever transcribed it.
Because filing fees, report deadlines and late penalties are public facts, and they are usually quoted with something attached to them. Collecting them in one place, each with its date and its source link, makes them checkable rather than merely quotable.
This site files nothing on anyone's behalf. It has no account, no form and no checkout.

Only the relevant state agency can decide an actual filing. For advice about a particular situation, the right place is a professional licensed to give it.
From one dataset, the us-llc-fees-dataset repository, pinned to a single commit for the whole of a build. A page therefore cannot disagree with the record behind it, because it never held its own copy of a value.
The methodology page is the longer answer: how a value is read, what is shown when nobody has read one, and why a fact that was checked and found not to exist is kept apart from a gap.
Nothing, and there is nothing to sign up for. The pages are free to read and the machine-readable copies of the same records are free to use.

A correction with a source link behind it is the most useful message this mailbox gets. A figure that turns out to be wrong is fixed in the dataset first, which is what puts it right on every page that prints it.
