Only the relevant state agency can decide an actual filing. For advice about your own situation, the right place is a professional licensed to give it.
As far as its date, which is printed next to it. Fees and deadlines change without notice, and a figure that was correct when it was read can be wrong by the time you read it.
There is no site-wide freshness claim here to rely on instead, by design. Check the linked source before you file.
A value nobody has read is marked as unread rather than shown as zero, and a fact that was checked and found not to exist is marked as checked. Those are different statements and this site keeps them apart.
Three different owners, and it matters which is which. The dataset is published under CC BY 4.0 and its own licence governs what you may do with the data, not these terms.
The wording, design and code of this site belong to Startupsole LLC. State statutes and agency publications belong to the bodies that publish them.
Read it, quote it and link to it. A quoted figure is safest quoted with its date, because the date is what makes it checkable.
There are machine-readable copies of the same records and they exist to be used: the site pointer, the state index and one endpoint per published state. Use those rather than scraping the pages, and keep the request rate low enough that other readers are unaffected.
