A state filing ledger · 50 states + DC
record 20 of 51 · /llc/maryland/
The State Department of Assessments and Taxation forms a Maryland LLC, and the same agency receives the annual report due in mid-April. The office's own notice says a filing without the expedite fee is not reviewed until a later calendar month, and same day handling is sold as a separate service. No recurring entity tax appears on the record, a checked absence.
The trade name registers with that department at state level, runs for a set term, and grants no exclusive right in the name. On the agent side the register confirms a person may hold the seat, but the state's conditions on that person are unread at this snapshot. The sheet prints that caveat instead of assuming there are none.

published, not as a range
The state publishes a processing time in prose rather than as a range, so this sheet links it instead of restating it. It sells expedited service, and whether that covers a formation filing has not been read.

5 years
A certificate is effective for five years from the date it is filed and is renewed by filing an application for renewal within the six months before the end of that period; a renewal extends the certificate for five years from the end of the previous period (§ 1-406(f)).
not required
no exclusive right
A Maryland trade name is a disclosure filing; SDAT registration does not by itself grant an exclusive right to the name.
Registered trade names appear in the Maryland Business Express entity search.

Every figure on this sheet renders from the pinned dataset snapshot, and each card links the page its own figure came from. This list collects those pages in one place, with the duplicates removed and the agency named.
The rule behind every figure here, and what a card does when one cannot be verified, sits on how a figure gets verified.
